Notice Concerning the Earthquake on July 28
We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the earthquake that occurred on July 28.
We have received numerous inquiries regarding the condition of our facilities, our operational status, and the situation of nearby roads. At present, no significant damage has been identified within the hotel or its surrounding areas, and we continue to operate as usual.
During the earthquake, our elevators temporarily halted as part of their emergency safety function; however, no substantial damage occurred. All essential infrastructure—including water supply, electricity, gas, and telecommunications—remains fully operational. The elevators have since been restored, and the hotel is functioning normally. We wish to assure our guests that their stay will not be impacted.
Guests planning to visit the hotel are kindly requested to check the latest traffic and weather information prior to departure and to travel with due attention to safety. Should any changes arise regarding our operating status, updates will be posted promptly on this website.
Cancellation Policy Related to the Earthquake
Guests who wish to cancel their reservation due to the impact of the recent earthquake will not incur any cancellation fees.
Please be advised that guests who selected advance payment may, in some cases, have cancellation fees automatically processed by the system. If this applies to you, kindly contact the hotel so that we may assist with verification.
Regarding Inquiries
Our telephone lines are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes, and it may be difficult to connect. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
No damage has been confirmed within the hotel or on nearby roads, and all facilities remain available for use as normal.
However, we are unable to provide detailed information regarding road conditions in other regions or the operating status of external tourist facilities. We respectfully request that guests refer to official announcements issued by the relevant authorities and facilities for the most up-to-date information.
